Position: Purchasing Coordinator

Requirements: 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a fast-paced office environment required; Understanding of the Homebuilding process (parts, model subcontracts, etc.) required; High School Diploma required; Proficient in Excel required; Must be highly organized and detail-oriented; Must be a team player with a strong sense of urgency and strong communication skills; Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
