Position: Public Programs & Events Coordinator

About: Founded in 1891 by a group of visionary volunteers, The Trustees of Reservations is the nation’s premier conservation and preservation organization, preserving properties of exceptional value in Massachusetts. This position is for the Public Programs and Events Coordinator at Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA, offering engaging experiences to visitors in nature, art, and history.

Requirements: 1 – 3 years of relevant experience; 1 – 3 years of supervisory experience; Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, museum studies, and/or history preferred; Strong analytic and organizational skills; Demonstrated experience in program leadership; Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Canva, registration and POS software; Excellent customer service skills; Highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team; Available to work weekends, some holidays, and occasional evenings; Authorization to work in the United States; Valid driver’s license; Satisfactory criminal background check
