Position: PT Team Member Flexible Hours
About: JOANN, an arts and crafts retailer, is seeking Team Members to join their team and deliver a premium customer experience by inspiring creativity and providing excellent customer service. Team Members are responsible for driving sales through product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and creating an exceptional in-store experience for customers.
Requirements: Education minimum: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Experience preferred: 1-3 years previous experience in a customer-centric environment; Part-time status requires availability to work less than an average of 28 hours per week; Full-time status requires open availability and ability to work at least an average of 36 hours per week; Ability to work with customers and team members, maintain a safe work environment, interact collaboratively with others, get work accomplished through others, communicate effectively in a group environment, work a varied schedule based on business needs
