About: To prepare and deliver healthy, attractive, and delicious soups, salads, entrees, and desserts; develop standard recipes meeting Coop food policy and departmental objectives on local and organic food sourcing; assist in achieving department sales, margin, and labor cost goals; oversee member workers in food preparation; provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food preparation and culinary techniques preferred; knowledge of local and organic food sourcing practices; ability to supervise and lead a team effectively; strong customer service skills
