Position: PT Event Coordinator
About: Michaels Store in BIRM-HOOVER, AL is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids birthday parties, within the store to create a stress-free and engaging experience for guests. The store prides itself on delivering friendly customer service and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience for all customers. Operational tasks such as truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store standards are essential to uphold the Brand Promises of the store.
Requirements: Highly energetic and enthusiastic personality; ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with individuals of all ages; excellent people skills; experience working with children and coordinating events; strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills; retail and/or customer service experience required
