Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent vocational training; certificates from previous employers or college; previous experience in a similar position at an establishment; food hygiene awareness and basic training; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers, and management; basic mathematical and written communication skills; certification from alcohol awareness training programs like T.I.P.S.; ability to work under pressure and follow established standards and procedures; willingness to comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies; ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent service in a dynamic environment
