Position: PSCC- Purchasing Coordinator
About: Pellissippi State Community College, located in Tennessee, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their Procurement Services department. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the purchasing operations, including sourcing suppliers, researching supplies and equipment, and maintaining vendor files and purchase orders for the college and the Foundation.
Requirements: Associate’s degree in a business-related field and 5 years of purchasing or business-related experience; or a high school diploma and 7 years of purchasing or business-related experience. Knowledge of purchasing principles, accounting, contracts, online computer systems, spreadsheet and word processing software. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
