Position: PSC Site Coordinator

This role involves overseeing activities at Patient Service Centers, collaborating with staff, management, and laboratory personnel to ensure smooth operations, and executing phlebotomy and specimen processing procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of phlebotomist experience; leadership experience is a plus; phlebotomy certification preferred; strong knowledge of phlebotomy duties and techniques; proven track record in customer service; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team; reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable; flexibility for overtime; able to pass a standardized color blindness test
