Position: PROWD Peers Program Coordinator

Requirements: Lived experience with substance use disorder & recovery required; lived experience with incarceration and reentry required; bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field and/or PRSS certification preferred; high school diploma or GED required; demonstrated leadership abilities; experience leading groups of people; ongoing involvement with a personal support and/or recovery system; valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record and insurance; strong written and verbal communication skills; compassion and empathy; attention to detail; ability to navigate through difficult situations and technology platforms; knowledge of Microsoft Office; passion for helping others in mental health and addiction; good judgment in managing employees and unique situations; respect for privacy rights under HIPAA and other applicable laws and regulations.
