Position: Promotion Coordinator
About: The Promotion Coordinator role at a media company involves providing administrative, programming, and asset management support. This position requires collaborating with internal teams to develop creative on-air content. The Promotion Coordinator reports directly to the SVP Promotion & Partnership Marketing.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules, assets, and budgets efficiently; Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Teams; Passion for Music and Artists, with an understanding of Disney’s brand values and audience
