Position: Project Manager, Facilities and Maintenance
About: Join our dynamic team in West Milwaukee at Electric Avenue as a Project Manager in Facilities and Maintenance. This facility is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of internal factory equipment, particularly CT vacuum tubes for CT and X-Ray scanners.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance); Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems; Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs; Established project management skills; Construction project management skills; Working experience with HVAC, Cryogens, Fire Suppression, Life Safety, Electrical infrastructure (4160), substations, Process Water (cooling loops), Industrial Plumbing, Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, general grounds (sewer, main water supplies); Ability to learn on the fly and be resourceful; Must work well under pressure
