Requirements: Associate’s degree in related field or previous industry knowledge; Proven experience in HVAC controls or building automation systems; Extensive understanding of blueprints and specifications; Proficiency in estimating labor and materials for construction projects; Effective leadership skills; Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills; Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite including Visio; A valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to different project sites as required
