Position: PROJECT MANAGER
About: Engage & Resonate is seeking a Project Manager for Live Events. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client-service and hands-on production, managing high-profile projects professionally and successfully. Experience with CPG, lifestyle, and retail brands is preferred. The candidate must be Chicago-based and able to work full-time at the office.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Communications or Marketing; 4+ years of direct events and production experience, preferably in an agency setting; Experience in large-scale event production is a must; Sincere interest in consumer brands and creating meaningful consumer experiences through events and promotions; High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online research tools; Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and multi-task effectively; Management of program budgets, contracts, program administration; Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to handle pressure professionally; Willingness to travel when required
