Position: Project Management Specialist/ Exhibit Management (Contract)
About: Our client, a leader in the healthcare and Life Sciences realm, is looking to bring on a contract Project Management Specialist/ Exhibit Management starting in April 2025, through EOY. Role is 100% remote! This role works with Marketing leaders and is responsible for supporting the coordination of small to mid-size exhibition events working closely with exhibit house suppliers, marketers, and association counterparts to plan and execute. It involves coordination with compliance workflows, billing, budget management, and overall project management. The Exhibits Specialist will project manage a variety of association-sponsored exhibitions as part of the broader U.S. Events & Exhibits team, reporting to the Senior Director, Events and Exhibits. No travel is required for this position.
Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience planning and implementing small to mid-size trade shows with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of planning and executing a conference booth space; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proven organizational, project, and planning skills; proven budget and vendor management experience; ability to work through change and pivot in an evolving exhibit and event environment; comfortable with administrative tasks related to compliance and billing; healthcare/Pharma industry experience; experience with Smartsheet for budget and project management
