About: The Project Coordinator position is available within a dynamic Menus and Project Management Team, requiring effective interaction with inter-departmental team members in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting the Menu Project Manager, managing menu production and updating processes, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field; minimum 2 years of related experience in restaurant/food service preferred; ability to work well within a fast-paced environment; effective written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated problem-solving/analytical skills; ability to manage vendor relationships and address problems/issues professionally; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines; self-motivated with strong initiative to learn; able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
