Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related field; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate with multiple departments effectively; attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and priorities; willingness to travel occasionally for event support; knowledge of audiovisual equipment and technical terminology; familiarity with warehouse organization and logistics procedures
