Requirements: Proven Sales Success – 5+ years of remodeling/construction sales experience is ideal; deep understanding of residential construction and strong closing skills; Expertise in Home Additions & Renovations – Knowledge of building methods, materials, and the ability to create budgetary quotes, scopes of work, and material lists; Customer-Focused Approach – Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills; Self-Motivated & Organized – Ability to manage your own pipeline, meet with homeowners, and coordinate closely with the operations team
