Position: Programs and Events Operations Coordinator (Setup/Breakdown)

Requirements: Minimum 3-years program and events operations experience; High School diploma or equivalent; Able to perform basic maintenance of shop equipment and tools; Self-motivated, must be reliable, personable and have the ability to meet and communicate effectively with a diverse clientele; Have strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to work independently and have excellent follow-through; Must possess and maintain a valid, current CA Driver’s License; ability to drive 1 1/2-ton 4×4 truck, cargo vans and passenger vehicles; Competent in MS Office programs.
