Position: Program Support Specialist
About: The Program Support Specialist position involves interacting with customers to address their concerns, answer inquiries, and assist with their needs. Responsibilities include communicating with customers on schedule changes, tracking requirements, and product progress, maintaining positive relationships with buyers and customers, resolving internal and external issues promptly, monitoring purchase orders, validating customer-provided orders, and coordinating with various departments as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-4 years of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of Customer Service experience preferred; MRP or ERP system experience beneficial; Machine shop understanding a plus. Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, be resourceful under pressure, and demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AX. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, commitment to supporting customer requirements, and willingness to work overtime on occasion.
