Position: Program Manager – Sales Leadership Development Program
About: Gallo, with a global portfolio of over 100 unique wine and spirits brands, is the largest family-owned winery in the world. The company is dedicated to cultivating future leaders through recruitment, hiring, and development programs. Gallo is currently seeking a Sales Leadership Development Program Manager to work closely with distributor partners and oversee the recruitment of high-potential candidates into the sales organization.
Requirements: High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate; Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo winery sales, Gallo affiliated or non-affiliated distributor sales, Gallo sales HR, or Gallo sales recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of external selling experience; Experience managing projects; Required to be 21 years of age or older; Required to see, smell, and taste wine and spirits as part of job duties; Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record; Required travel by airplane or automobile up to 50% during heavy recruiting seasons; Required travel to company offices, sites, and meeting locations for onboarding, training, and events up to 5% of the time; Required to be 18 years or older
