Position: Program Manager, Associations
About: The Align Team is seeking a well-organized professional with strong facilitation skills to manage association contracts. This role involves overseeing the operation and management of several boards in Southeast Wyoming, with a focus on tasks such as managing governing boards, facilitating meetings, consensus building, budgeting, and event planning. The ideal candidate must excel in managing diverse opinions within governing boards for successful outcomes, and may also support additional contracts as necessary.
Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; Experience in program and project management, including effective coordination of people and processes
