Position: Program/Event Coordinator – Corporate Events

About: This position offers a hybrid work model with Monday-Thursday fully on site and Friday working remotely, potentially leading to a permanent hire. The Coordinator will be responsible for executing logistics for onsite and virtual medical education events, ensuring on-schedule and within budget commitments, and maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years’ experience in the field or a related area; excellent interpersonal skills; superior customer service and organizational skills; ability to handle high call and program volumes; exceptional attention to detail; good oral and written communication skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under tight deadlines; proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Gmail Suite Workspace
