Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Medical Office Administration is required; Two years of experience, including working in an office environment, working with programs, working in a non-profit organization, and/or working in social services, may be substituted for required education, depending on the contract. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Health Services Administration, or Business Administration is preferred. One year’s experience working in an office environment, working with programs, working in a non-profit organization, and/or working in social services is preferred. Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. Strong public speaking skills. Strong event planning skills with ability to organize public and employee events. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong relationship building skills with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships in the community and within Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC). Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
