Position: Program Coordinator (Fellowship Coordinator)
About: The Oklahoma Aerospace Institute for Research and Education (OAIRE), a part of Oklahoma State University, is seeking a Fellowship Program Coordinator for the LaunchPad Center for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). This role involves managing and overseeing the daily operations of the fellowship program, coordinating research activities, and facilitating engagement between fellows, university faculty, and industry partners to drive innovation and collaboration in the aerospace industry.
Requirements: High school degree/GED and two years of professional work experience in a related field; preferred qualifications include five to seven years of professional work experience, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, collaboration proficiency, event planning experience, knowledge of technology commercialization and entrepreneurship best practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, experience with project management tools
