Requirements: Completion of a bachelor’s degree program; at least 3 years of experience in program administration with significant budget management; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; event planning and logistics experience; experience engaging with faculty and assisting programming; knowledge in social justice education, equity and/or multicultural education; experience managing budgets, account reconciliation, and reporting; ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies; experience managing student workers and advising students; experience leading teams of collaborators in community partnerships
