Position: Program Coordinator – College of Engineering – Department of Engineering and Public Policy
About: Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for Executive Education in Technology Policy (CEE-TP) provides executive education for leaders in developing countries around the world. The program focuses on important issues of public policy involving technology, such as the digital divide, cybersecurity, and green energy, operating online and in person on four continents. The Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of CEE-TP, providing essential administrative support to staff, participants, and instructors to facilitate efficient workflows and effective communication.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in administrative support; Ability to do education program coordination; Ability to do event planning; Ability to work with grant funding and management; Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom; Strong organizational and time management skills; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset; High attention to detail and accuracy; Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively; Ability to devise marketing strategies and drive social media growth; Experience in maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
