Position: Program Coordinator
About: The Boys & Girls Club of Alaska is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to assist the Clubhouse Manager in planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on Club programs and activities. The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in professional development, family partnerships, and member recruitment while maintaining Club operations in the absence of the Club Manager. This position values and integrates community perspectives and traditions, implements programs to maintain world-class services, and ensures high-quality programming for member participation and membership growth.
Requirements: Associates degree (A.A.) preferred in a related field or willingness to complete an employer-supported education completion plan within 3 years; 2+ years of experience working with youth; basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite; effective written and oral communication skills; first aid and CPR certification; pass a name-based and fingerprint criminal records background check
