Position: Program Analyst (Event Coordinator)

About: Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring a Program Analyst. This position coordinates the use of large meeting spaces, conference rooms, as well as outdoor spaces; works with other departments to ensure the resources needed are available and working; completes and executes contracts with external customers and vendors to include invoicing; procurement, and running of reports for EMCC and the District Office.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and two (2) years of full-time equivalent related program management experience preferably in an educational setting; OR Associates Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and four (4) years of full-time equivalent related program management experience preferably in an educational setting. An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.
