Position: Production Utility 1 – 2nd Shift
About: Your Opportunity as Utility 1 – 2nd Shift Production. As a part of the Production Team, you are responsible for several bakery manufacturing activities. You must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, communicate effectively in a team structure, and be flexible in work assignments within the utility category. Location: Chicago, IL Manufacturing Plant. Work Arrangements: 100% on-site, 12-hour shift from 3 pm to 3 am. Compensation Base Rate: $18.05. In this Role You Will: Work in various roles on one production line, perform manual labor tasks, monitor quality, support quality control, report equipment issues, maintain safety procedures, assist with cleaning and sanitation.
Requirements: Must be open to offshift hours; Must be able to read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents; Proven track record of good attendance; Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and perform sanitation duties; Capability to work well in a team environment; Willingness to adjust work to meet business needs; High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Prior food manufacturing experience; Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow safety rules; Familiarity with bakery equipment.
