Position: Production Supervisor
About: Production Supervisor role at a food production facility requiring leadership in quality, safety, and maintenance operations. Direct and coordinate room operations to achieve objectives with quality and safety in mind. Seeking a candidate who can lead by example and delegate authority effectively.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in food manufacturing environment; 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience; ability to build relationships cross-functionally and use influence to accomplish tasks; strong interpersonal and communication skills; solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; knowledgeable in regulatory compliance; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
