Requirements: Three to five years of experience in commercial cooking or Apprenticeship or Certification from a culinary school required; Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP); Understanding of financial controls and ability to manage costs effectively; Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills; Service orientation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
