Position: Production Mixer/Baker
About: Napoleon’s Bakery Plant is seeking a Production Mixer to join their team. The position involves mixing ingredients for daily production runs and requires prior experience in mixing batters and laminated doughs. The individual must have a solid understanding of basic baking principles and be able to troubleshoot quality concerns effectively in a fast-paced bakery setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous bakery experience and dough mixing experience required; ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift; good math skills and organizational abilities; must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and TB test; adaptable, team player, strong communication skills and the ability to work with individuals at various skill levels.
