Position: Production Mixer/Baker
About: Napoleon’s Bakery Plant is seeking a skilled Production Mixer to join our team. This position involves mixing ingredients for daily production runs and requires experience in mixing batters and laminated doughs. The role demands a strong understanding of basic baking principles and the ability to troubleshoot quality concerns effectively under minimal supervision.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous bakery experience and dough mixing experience required; ability to operate various bakery mixers and prepare different cake batters, yeast products, short doughs, and laminated doughs; adaptable, team player, good communication skills, able to work with individuals at various skill levels, able to teach and coach others, and contribute to team processes effectively
