Position: Production Mixer/Baker
About: Napoleon’s Bakery Plant is currently seeking a dedicated NBP Production Mixer to join their team. The position involves mixing ingredients for the daily production run and requires expertise in mixing batters and laminated doughs, along with a good understanding of basic baking principles. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot quality concerns and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous bakery experience and dough mixing experience required; flexible availability for any shift, any day; able to lift 25 to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift; able to perform simple math and possess good planning and organizational skills; must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and TB test within 12 months of hire; able to work in hot/cold environments.
