Position: Production Manager
About: As an on-site 1st shift manager reporting to the Operations Manager at a food production facility, you will oversee plant personnel to ensure the production of high-quality products at minimum cost standards. Responsibilities include coordinating raw materials, maintaining production machinery, training staff, and handling HR matters.
Requirements: B. S. degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biology, Industrial Management, or related field from a four-year college or university (preferred); 4+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the food industry; Working knowledge of production equipment and systems including maintenance activities
