Requirements: Proven track record of leading and motivating large teams; passionate about managing performance; significant experience in high-volume, high pace GMP manufacturing environment; degree in Food Science or related discipline desirable; strong IT systems and methodology experience; highly organized and analytical with pragmatic problem-solving approach; experience and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation; excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
