Position: Production Manager (2nd Shift)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field; at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry; proven experience with Sous Vide, RTE, food, deli meat, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, SQF, and Continuous Improvement; strong knowledge of production management and quality control standards; excellent organizational and leadership skills; strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and ERP software; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
