Position: Production Event Bar Manager
About: Corn and Rye, a Spirits Catering company, is seeking an experienced and energetic Production Event Bar Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of bar services at various events. The Production Event Bar Manager will be responsible for managing the entire bar operation, including staffing, inventory control, customer service, and compliance with regulations. This role is key in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable bar experience for event attendees, while maximizing profitability and efficiency.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality, bartending, or event management are a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience in bar management, preferably in an event production or hospitality setting. Skills: Strong knowledge of bar operations, drink preparation, and customer service; excellent leadership and staff management skills; ability to manage inventory, budgets, and profitability effectively; strong communication, planning and organizational skills; knowledge of alcohol service laws and health regulations; proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
