Position: Production Control Supervisor / Master Scheduler
About: LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a Production Control Supervisor / Master Scheduler to join their team in Glendale Heights, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc., along with master scheduling experience. Heavy reporting experience is essential for this role, as the candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to support production planning and control. A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience is required, along with previous experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies is highly preferred.
Requirements: High school diploma; 1+ years of leadership experience in a production planning, scheduling, or related role; strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions; experience with master scheduling and production planning in a manufacturing environment; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
