Position: Production Chef

About: The dining services at the Homewood Campus of Hopkins Dining is seeking a Production Chef to assist in managing and overseeing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing daily menus, dietary needs, training programs, food safety, inventory management, and collaborating with the culinary team to execute operations at dining locations.

Requirements: High School Diploma or graduation equivalent required; additional related experience may substitute for required education; three (3) years related experience required, including supervisory role in a food service operation, preferably in collegiate dining; current Serv Safe certification or ability to be certified within three months of employment

Benefits: Competitive starting salary range: $18.20 – $33.90 per hour ($55,000 targeted), full-time employment, 5 days a week with 2 days off – varied schedule, non-exempt status, opportunity to work in a dynamic university dining environment at Homewood Campus
