Position: Production Baker
About: Colectivo Coffee Roasters is seeking a Full-time Production Baker to join the Troubadour Bakery team. The Production Baker will collaborate with team members to prepare cookies, muffins, scones, quick breads, and other baked goods for daily production, supporting both the Savory and Bakery Departments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Basic reading and math skills; Willingness to communicate; Ability to follow directions; Detail-oriented; Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
