Position: Production Associate – Mat Roller – 2nd Shift – $18.00/Hour
About: Cintas Corporation, a leading provider of products and services for businesses of all sizes, is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, processing them in a rolling machine, and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area. In addition, they stage the rolled mats for customer delivery in a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards is rewarded with additional compensation incentives such as higher hourly pay.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be authorized to work in the US; must be 18 years of age or older. Adherence to attendance policy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical qualifications including standing for most of the shift and engaging in repetitive motions and physical activities. Attention to detail, work ethic, interpersonal skills, teamwork, safety orientation, adaptability, integrity, and customer focus are essential qualities for this role.
