Position: Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder
About: Cintas Corporation, a leading provider of products and services to businesses for cleanliness and safety, is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer products manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. This position offers a performance-based incentive pay structure where exceeding production standards can lead to additional compensation incentives like higher hourly pay. Employees are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; authorization to work in the US; minimum age of 18; adherence to attendance policy; ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures; physical requirements include standing for most of the shift, repetitive motions, and ability to push carts or bins; attributes of a great employee-partner such as attention to detail, work ethic, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and safety orientation
