The product expert is a key role in ensuring positive customer experiences with expertise in tax laws and concepts, troubleshooting software, and providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment.
Requirements: High school graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts preferred; experience providing support in a call center environment and using chat; ability to research, analyze, and determine appropriate actions; problem-solving and critical thinking skills; excellent time management and organizational skills; adherence to work schedules and flexibility for extra shifts; ability to work 30 hours per week; must reside in the USA; pass background and tech checks; meet hardware requirements (Windows 10 or 11, AMD or Intel Core Series, 8gb RAM, webcam, wired mouse, USB headset, wired internet connection); conflict of interest restrictions apply
