Requirements: High school graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts; experience in a call center environment preferred; ability to adapt communication style to meet customer needs; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent time management and organizational abilities; flexible to work extra shifts when necessary; comfortable using chat support
