The role of a product expert at the company requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a willingness to learn and engage with customers effectively throughout the tax season.
Requirements: High School graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts; experience in call center support preferred; proficiency in written and verbal communication; ability to adapt communication style to customer needs; strong customer service skills; problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; commitment to staying updated on product changes and tax season updates; flexibility to work extra shifts when needed; adherence to work schedules; active listening and interpersonal skills; organizational and multitasking abilities
