Position: Product Support Specialist – Seasonal Remote Opportunity!
About: GigCX Marketplace is partnering with Teleperformance TurboTax, aiming to assist millions of individuals in filing their taxes more efficiently each year. The success of the company relies significantly on the positive experiences customers have with their proficient product experts, who must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. The program will run from January 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025, giving preference to Service Providers (SPs) who can commit to and work all 14 weeks of the program.
Requirements: High School graduate; Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts; Experience providing support in a call center environment and chat usage familiarity
