They aim to provide positive customer experiences with their dynamic product experts who possess excellent communication skills, a desire to learn, and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High School graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts preferred; experience providing support in a call center environment; comfortable using chat; ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week; reside in the USA; pass background and tech checks; meet hardware requirements including Windows 10 or 11, AMD or Intel Core Series (I3-I9), at least 8gb of RAM, webcam, wired mouse, USB headset, wired internet connection
