About: GigCX Marketplace is partnering with Teleperformance TurboTax to help millions of people file their taxes smarter each year. The product expert role entails being the voice of the company, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the tax filing process.
Requirements: High School graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts; experience providing support in a call center environment; ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week; reside in the USA
Benefits: $5 Turbo Bonus Boost per hour, operating hours from 8am to midnight EST, Monday to Sunday, peak period hours for April 9th to 15th
