Position: Product Support Specialist – REMOTE Opportunity!
About: GigCX Marketplace is partnering with Teleperformance TurboTax to help millions of people file their taxes smarter each year. As the voice of the company, the product expert must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a desire to learn, and enthusiasm for delighting customers. The program will run from Jan 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025, with preference given to Service Providers (SP) who can commit to all 14 weeks.
Requirements: High school graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts; experience providing support in a call center environment; ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week; must reside in the USA; passed background check and tech check; availability to work within specified operating hours; possession of specific hardware requirements as detailed in the job description
